Refunds & Exchanges
Our return policy is applicable for two weeks (14 days) after the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. No exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging with original tags. Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing pieces or parts is not eligible for return. Any item delivered more than 14 days ago is not eligible for return. Final sale and clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable.
If your return is received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, debit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for returns/refunds to be processed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale (including final sale, of course) items cannot be refunded.
If you'd like to exchange your returned item, please include a note in the return shipment including your order number and identifying which in-stock item you would like to exchange for. We will cover the shipping cost for the new item (ONE EXCHANGE PER ITEM ONLY- customer must cover shipping for any subsequent exchanges.)
To return an item, you can ship it back to us unworn, with original tags and in the original (undamaged) bag.
Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged or returned item to reach its destination may vary.
